This is the British Army's 20th Armoured Infantry Brigade combat Team. The Armoured infantry flash is an IRON FIST which forms part of a 3rd UK Division primary war fighting force. 

The division proudly wear this insignia as a symbol that they are lethal and ready. 

The badge is 'Subdued' Black and Olive,  Non Velcro.
